OUR BACKGROUND FROM LAND TO LANDMARK
At KDL Homes Ltd., our journey began with a vision and a deep commitment to creating spaces that bring people together. In 2012, we made a strategic investment in several prime plots of land located in Dakshin Keraniganj, near Bashundhara Riverview, with the goal of developing a trusted and sustainable community. In a gesture that reflects our deep connection to family, we named this project Jamil Mohammad City (JMC), after my son, Jamil. This was not just a business venture—it was the beginning of a legacy, blending our professional ambitions with personal values.
Jamil Mohammad City quickly gained the trust of our customers, thanks to its carefully chosen location, smooth registration process, and our client-focused approach. It became a symbol of reliability and trust in a market where such values were in high demand. From that humble beginning, we envisioned something greater: a community built on transparency, trust, and long-term value. As the needs of our customers evolved, so did our vision. We moved beyond land development and began focusing on crafting modern homes that reflected not only the aspirations of our clients but also the values that we hold dear—quality, innovation, and care. This transformation led to the birth of KDL Homes Ltd., founded on January 1, 2020, and officially launched in January 2025.
কেডিএল হোমস লিমিটেড-এর যাত্রা শুরু হয়েছিল একটি স্বপ্ন ও মানুষের জন্য কিছু করার দৃঢ় সংকল্প নিয়ে। ২০১২ সালে, আমরা দক্ষিণ কেরানীগঞ্জের (বসুন্ধরা রিভারভিউ-এর নিকট) কিছু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ জমিতে বিনিয়োগ করি, একটি বিশ্বস্ত ও টেকসই কমিউনিটি গড়ে তোলার লক্ষ্যে। পারিবারিক মূল্যবোধের প্রতি শ্রদ্ধা জানিয়ে, আমরা এই প্রকল্পের নাম দিই জামিল মোহাম্মদ সিটি (জেএমসি)—আমার ছেলে জামিলের নামে। এটি শুধু একটি ব্যবসায়িক উদ্যোগ নয়, বরং একটি উত্তরাধিকার, যেখানে ব্যক্তিগত ও পেশাগত মূল্যবোধের মেলবন্ধন ঘটেছে।জামিল মোহাম্মদ সিটি দ্রুতই গ্রাহকদের আস্থা অর্জন করে, এর সুচিন্তিত অবস্থান, সহজ রেজিস্ট্রেশন প্রক্রিয়া এবং ক্লায়েন্ট-কেন্দ্রিক দৃষ্টিভঙ্গির জন্য। এটি একটি নির্ভরযোগ্যতার প্রতীক হয়ে ওঠে, যেখানে বাজারে এমন মূল্যবোধের চাহিদা ছিল প্রবল। সেই বিনয়ী শুরু থেকেই আমরা আরও বড় কিছু কল্পনা করি—স্বচ্ছতা, বিশ্বাস ও দীর্ঘমেয়াদী মূল্যের ওপর ভিত্তি করে একটি কমিউনিটি গড়ে তোলা। ক্লায়েন্টদের চাহিদা পরিবর্তনের সাথে সাথে আমাদের দৃষ্টিভঙ্গিও পরিবর্তিত হয়। আমরা শুধু জমি উন্নয়নের গণ্ডি ছাড়িয়ে, আধুনিক ও মানসম্মত বাড়ি নির্মাণে মনোনিবেশ করি, যা আমাদের মূল্যবোধ—গুণগত মান, উদ্ভাবন ও যত্ন—প্রতিফলিত করে। এই রূপান্তর থেকেই জন্ম নেয় কেডিএল হোমস লিমিটেড, ১ জানুয়ারি ২০২০ সালে প্রতিষ্ঠিত এবং আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে ২০২৫ সালের জানুয়ারিতে যাত্রা শুরু করে।
